This will be the last book in the Riding Hard series, which begins with Adam. The first books follow the five brothers of the Campbell family, who live in a small town called Riverbend, Texas.
Books six and seven (Kyle and Ray) explore the lives of the Campbells' rivals, the Malorys (and to be honest are my two of my favorite books of the series thus far).
Then I decided that the brothers' friends, Hal and Jack, needed stories too.
Plus a Christmas tale (A Riverbend Christmas), which is a later-in-life romance about Olivia Campbell (the first five brothers' mom) and Sam Farrell, who has been friends with her forever.
I really enjoyed writing this contemporary small-town romance series (which was a departure from my usual fare). Tropes include enemies-to-lovers, second-chance romance, friends-to-lovers, fake engagements, and others. Add goofy dogs and horses with Personality to keep things lively. (I used to ride a lot and compete in horse shows, and I've met some wonderful and also total sh*t horses in my time.)
If you haven't read Riding Hard, start with Adam. And if you are already into the series, Jack will be out in November!
