How do I get my ebooks? After purchasing, you will receive an email from Bookfunnel with instructions on how to download the books. (Please check junk folders or add Bookfunnel.com to your list of approved addresses.) You may also set up a free Bookfunnel account (using the same email with which you purchased the books), and your Bookfunnel account will have all your purchased books. The Bookfunnel app can be downloaded to IOS, Android, and Fire, which will also have your books (again, use the same email with which you purchased your books to set up that account). Where can I read my ebooks? Ebooks from Bookfunnel can be read on Kindle, Apple, Kobo, Nook, and Google devices and apps, as well as the Bookfunnel app, and on the Bookfunnel website.

Who can I ask if I have trouble getting the e-books?  Email help@bookfunnel.com, and they will help you out!

Print books: Print books in stock will be shipped out within a few days (as soon as humanly possible, because humans are doing this). You will be notified if a book is out of stock and when you can reasonably expect the book to be shipped. 

For regulation purposes: Books have no small parts and are non-toxic. While most books are for adult reading age (18 and up), Regency BonBons, A First Footer for Lady Jane, and all of the Below Stairs mysteries are considered "clean" (I prefer the terms "sweet" or "cozy".)
