Refund policy

All e-book sales are final. No returns on e-books. If there is a true problem accessing your ebook (glitches happen) then you can request a refund.

For print books: All sales are final. If a printed book is severely damaged, or there's a problem with printing (missing pages / wrong pages / illegible pages), please email me to discuss. Sometimes printers do screw up. Or if the post office / UPS fails to deliver, also contact me.
